Where can I find a list of permits that have been pulled for counties in florida (north and central)? I am a contractor and the only place I found is charging about 500-600/year per county (i would target a lot of counties). Wondering if I could find it cheaper to test the waters and see if any of that information will help out.

I actually need the permits that have been pulled a few months back to see houses / buildings that are already in the construction stage. Thanks.

Most counties have that information available as public record. Don’t think there is a list indexed by North, South, etc. You would need to contact those counties and likely go to each counties offices for the information yourself. However, if you are a developer or interested in bringing business to their county, you could try writing a letter to the Economic Development county dept. and request the information from them. They may be willing to compile it for you…
