As a computer builder i have created a database of information, customer questions, and purchases. I use Mucrosoft Access. which is part of Muckrosoft office. Once you have set up the framework for the database it can be locked so that you can add, but you cannot delete.

Go to H&R Block.com when you are going to file if you aren't going to use an accountant. They will ask you about your expenses, profits. Generally you want to keep all of the receipts from the money you spend on everything you use for your business. You can deduct a portion of just about everything even meals. The software will deduct the proper amount for you when you fill in the answers while you are filing

If this is the US, there's no such concept as "start up deductions". They're all just deductions, and almost everything counts.

Hi,
I don’t agree with u.
advertising is making the world believe what u think is required to be known to masses for their benefit and for the benefit of the client.
Once u work on above theme, all advertising will become truthfully genuine and attractive.
now coming to ur question cause u may have to answer that way >>>>
Advertising has three components.
(a) Message
(b) visual
(c) brand
so the 1st reason is it is not the message or the visual u would like people to remember, it is the brand u want them to remember there for visual and message should attractively depict the brand.
2nd reason is,, Brand provides the theme and justice to the advertisement. It is the brand for which u have been assigned the task to advertise. so keep brand central to the theme.

You can’t deduct start up costs until you open the business.

Since you plan to be an internet business, the first item yo u list for sale is your starting date.

If you get audited, you need to have proof of when you started the business. Claiming you started in 2007 when your first received paymen is March of 2008 is pretty obviously not going to cut it.
